Orders confirmed before 4 PM are processed the same day.
Orders confirmed after 4 PM are processed the next day.
After payment, kindly share:

- M-Pesa/KCB message
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Delivery location

2. Nairobi Deliveries

Delivered via our trusted rider
Delivery time: 1–3 hours
Cash on delivery available for selected items

2.1. Delivery Fees (Nairobi)

KSh 100 – 200 (CBD range)
Other Nairobi areas: KSh 250 – 800 depending on distance

2.2. Delivery Payment

Rider fees are paid directly to the rider (cash or their number)

3. Nationwide Shipping (Outside Nairobi)

We deliver through:

Fargo
Wells Fargo
Verified/Trusted Matatu Saccos with courier service

3.1. Delivery Time

24–48 hours depending on destination

Customers receive a tracking code once the parcel is dispatched
Request for a parcel receipt for confirmation

From KSh 300 and above, based on courier and destination
Charges vary by weight, distance, and courier choice
