Yes, returns are allowed if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The item is still within the warranty period
  • A return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

Not eligible for return:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Misuse

Yes. Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi for orders confirmed before 4 PM.

Yes. Most ring light products include a 6-month warranty, covering manufacturer defects or malfunction.
